Oh my god, the insights report! I did one at work earlier this year and it could have been titled 'back off, she's a biter'. My Dad, Husband and boss found it hysterical.
My bestie of 20 years (works in HR, regular insights updates) was the EXACT opposite of mine, all green and yellow and I could sing her praises another twenty years, despite her thinking hers sounded 'weak'. I was terribly offended at first but we did a full day follow up explaining it all and everyone went away quite happy with whatever they'd gotten. Best line in mine was 'becomes rebellious if she doesn't get her own way'
Heh, I relate massively. I was/am green and yellow, but worked very hard on assertiveness over the last three years so when I did it at the start of this year I had red as my third option, which I was very proud of. The first time I was absolutely not happy with what I got because I was SUCH a pushover in it. Felt much better about the vibe of "She's nice and friendly and good with people, but also she's not afraid to tell people to fuck off" in the second one.
Loved this last post but that list of stuff? Nope, sorry, not my cup of tea. Maybe I'm too old and not working so not really relevant. That's my excuse anyway. I think I'm scared to examine my inner id!
